Newsynergy (Hangzhou) Real Estate Development Corporation, a project development company of Newsynergy Corporation, a California corporation with extensive real estate development experience in China, Southeast Asia, and North America, has developed the Phoenix Garden Retirement/Healthcare Complex (“Phoenix Garden”) in Cangqian , Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, People’s Republic of China (“PRC”).
